How the model is organised
Sales
Dealers and contacts lead to offers, reviewed orders, line promises and credit exposure.
Supply
Requisitions, supplier orders, actual arrivals, accepted tranches and bills stay distinct.
Stock
Product units, warehouse positions, reservations, transfers and counts retain exact quantities.
Assembly
Recipes, routings, work orders, material entries and completions connect inputs to output.
Delivery
Picks, shipments, routes, attempts, line results and returns record what happened.
Finance
Invoices, cash, payments, journals and close tasks retain entity and period scope.

Keys and references
A dealer order connects its lines to a dealer and entity; shipment lines consume that accepted scope. Supplier receipts connect to approved purchase lines, and bill matches consume accepted receipt quantities. Stock events preserve actual physical change. Decision records refer to a frozen revision and actual decider. Journal entries retain the resulting entity and period. The 97 tables hold these source facts and their audit links.
