How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Music Rights Management for your business. Start with one entity, one dealer, one warehouse and an order that moves through approval, partial delivery and invoice review.
Who approves dealer orders?
Sales Manager independently reviews the current submitted order revision. Finance Manager decides a separate credit exception when one is required.
Can an order ship in parts?
Yes. The accepted line quantity remains the limit, while each pick, shipment and delivery result records its actual portion.
When does received supply become available stock?
The warehouse records arrival first. Accepted quantity becomes eligible stock after its separate review; rejected and pending quantity stays distinct.
How do transfers affect available stock?
A transfer follows actual dispatch and destination receipt. Any unreceived remainder stays in transit rather than appearing at both warehouses.
How are kits handled?
A released work order uses a current recipe, routing and standard. Operators record actual material use and completed output before close review.
How are delivery failures recorded?
The operator records the visit and line outcomes. A failed, refused or damaged portion remains visible for the next decision.
What supports an invoice?
The invoice uses eligible title-transferred, unbilled quantity. Finance Manager approves its current revision in an open period.
How do we reconcile payments?
The Accountant applies actual customer cash and matches bank evidence. Supplier payment instructions retain their own settlement or rejection evidence.
How is access divided?
Each role receives its work records and entity scope. Preparing a document or seeing an approval queue does not grant authority to approve it.
