1. Prepare application Treasury Preparer

   Treasury Preparer links the application to a parent bank instruction and records the applicant, organization and intended initial deposit.

2. Submit application Treasury Preparer

   Treasury Preparer sends the application with supporting evidence and retains the provider application identifier when one is issued.

3. Review submitted revision Independent Treasury Approver

   Independent Treasury Approver checks the frozen revision and evidence. The decision is recorded against the same parent and revision before the outcome is changed.

4. Observe provider authority Treasury Operations Lead

   Treasury Operations Lead checks the provider's actual result before treating the application as Completed.

   Treasury Operations Lead records the provider-held account under its counterparty with the external identifier and currency.
