Create your account
Click Get started and use Proto to configure Nail Studio Management for your studio. Identify the Property Manager, Front Desk Agent, Finance Officer and Operations Reviewer who will rehearse the first visit. Give each person the access needed for their work.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Enter real stations with their capacity and type, active team members linked to users, a small client set and the service rates in effect. Create a requested appointment, check the station and confirm it. Add a treatment booking, a service task, a charge and a payment against that same appointment.
Review before release
Walk the visit through in progress, final account review and Completed. Check that the payment status remains accurate, the charge state reflects the Finance Officer’s decision, and the station moves through Cleaning and passes its hygiene inspection before it returns to Available. Repeat with an overlapping request and a pending payment so the team can practice the difficult decisions before using the process each day.
