How a Nail Studio Management rollout works

Configure the studio records and rehearse a complete visit before daily use.

  1. Map the studio

Identify real stations, their types and capacities, then add active team members and user links.

  2. Prepare clients and rates

Bring in client contact details and set the service rate list with effective dates.

  3. Rehearse bookings

Enter requests, check station overlap and capacity, and confirm suitable appointments.

  4. Rehearse delivery

Add treatment bookings, assigned service tasks and station status changes for a visit.

  5. Review the account

Enter charges and payments, distinguish posted amounts from pending receipts, then complete the visit and return the station to service.

What the customer provides

Bring a current list of stations and treatment rooms, their capacities, staff assignments, client records and the service rates the studio intends to use. Agree which people act as Property Manager, Front Desk Agent, Finance Officer and Operations Reviewer. If a payment provider or accounting system is part of the daily process, provide the source references and a real example of a confirmed receipt and a refund for rehearsal.

Changing it afterwards

Review the effect of a changed service rate or station capacity on future bookings. Keep existing visit records identifiable when the team updates a client’s contact details or renames a station. Rehearse a changed booking window, an added treatment and a corrected charge so the day-to-day team knows where each correction belongs.
