Multi-room treatment studio
A studio with several nail stations and treatment rooms has to match each visit to a suitable space. Station type and capacity help the Property Manager make that choice. The requested appointment window still needs a separate overlap check, because a room that is Available now may already be assigned later.
How Nail Studio Management is set up for you
Space fit
Compare the client's count with the station capacity before confirming the reservation.
Treatment mix
Record Nail Service and Spa Treatment bookings against the appointment that owns the client visit.
Turnover work
Link cleaning and maintenance tasks to the station, appointment and assigned team member.
Readiness
Keep In Use, Cleaning, Maintenance and Available states meaningful for the team assigning the next visit.
A studio with several nail stations and treatment rooms has to match each visit to a suitable space. Station type and capacity help the Property Manager make that choice. The requested appointment window still needs a separate overlap check, because a room that is Available now may already be assigned later.
Name each physical space consistently in the station records. Enter its type and capacity, then review existing confirmed appointments before adding new requests. A room name known only to one employee is a common source of confusion when another person works the desk. Agree how the station number appears in the studio and on the schedule.
Run a rehearsal with two treatment types on the same appointment. The Front Desk Agent can capture both bookings, while the Finance Officer reviews any related treatment charge against the reservation. A charge should not be inferred from a booking's name alone; it has its own amount and state. This matters when a client adds a service during a visit.
Finally, close a visit and create a cleaning task with an assignee and due time before the next booking. Keep the station in Cleaning until the work is complete and the hygiene inspection has passed. If equipment requires repair, use a Maintenance task and station status. The Property Manager can then see why the space should remain out of the schedule.
