Appointment handling

Turn a client request into a confirmed visit with a suitable station.

Step by step

  1. Record request Property Manager

The Property Manager chooses the client, requested start and end, client count and station. The appointment remains Requested while the time and space are checked. The reservation number gives the desk a stable way to return to the same request.

    • Links the person, service window and reservation
    • Updates Clients, Appointments
  2. Check station fit Property Manager

Compare the station's capacity with the client count. Review appointments already assigned to that station for the requested interval. A station that is currently Available may still have a confirmed visit during the proposed service window.

    • Compares capacity and overlapping visits
    • Updates Stations, Appointments
  3. Confirm appointment Property Manager

The Property Manager accepts the interval and records the appointment as Confirmed. If the requested time changes, repeat the fit check for the new interval. The Front Desk Agent can then use the schedule to coordinate treatment work.

    • Moves Requested to Confirmed
    • Updates Appointments
