Station turnover

Hand a used treatment space through cleaning before the next visit.

Step by step

  1. Finish service Property Manager

After the appointment is completed, the Property Manager changes the station from In Use to Cleaning. The next appointment should not rely on an Available state until the work is done.

    • Moves the used station to Cleaning
    • Updates Appointments, Stations
  2. Assign cleaning Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Agent records a Cleaning service task linked to the station and appointment, with a due time and assigned team member. That link explains which visit caused the work.

    • Creates due work for the used space
    • Updates Service tasks, Stations, Appointments
  3. Record completion Front Desk Agent

The assigned team member works through the task state and records a completion time. The Property Manager reviews the task and any other open work for the station, then checks the hygiene inspection.

    • Records task completion and assignee
    • Updates Service tasks, Team members
  4. Return station Property Manager

The Property Manager changes the station from Cleaning to Available only after cleaning is complete and the hygiene inspection has passed. A maintenance issue instead keeps the station in Maintenance until the team resolves it.

    • Restores Available after completed cleaning and a passed hygiene inspection
