How a Neobank Backend rollout works
Set up organization scope, provider sources and a rehearsed treasury cycle.
Define scope
Choose the first organization, named team members and eligible financial counterparties.
Map accounts
Enter provider-held financial accounts and their external account identifiers; agree on debit and credit scoping.
Prepare a case
Create a draft instruction, attach support and send its revision for independent review.
Connect provider results
Record a provider identifier and verified confirmation or settlement event for the submitted instruction.
Reconcile and audit
Bring in a balance snapshot and movement, check the exact match rule, and trace the decision and receipt.
What the customer provides
Provide organization and team membership, counterparty details, provider account identifiers, existing instruction conventions, and a source for provider confirmations, balance snapshots and movements. Name the people responsible for preparation, independent approval and exception investigation. Choose an initial case with a provider response that the team can verify.
Changing it afterwards
When a provider or organization is added, map its accounts and event identifiers before expanding operational access. Rehearse the review and reconciliation paths for that scope. Keep historic decisions, evidence and receipts tied to their original instruction revision. See roles and data model for the underlying record boundaries.
