How the model is organised

Organization

Organizations own Assets and team members; Users connect to team members.

Network work

Work orders reference the owner, asset location and item. Port assignments and work evidence attach to the parent.

Review and evidence

Review decisions, operation receipts and record attachments attach to work orders.

Stock context

Stock items and stock lots identify items and positions used in work. Handling units, Loads and load stops retain their own inventory movement context.

Policy

Allocation policies belong to Organizations and hold channel allocation settings.

Keys and references

Work orders is the parent for a port assignment, review decision, work evidence entry, attachment or receipt. A port assignment also refers to a stock lots record. Work evidence may refer to another work evidence entry through Reverses. Review decisions preserves the source revision considered by the reviewer. Operation receipts carries the operation key and expected revision for an attempted action.

Migration order

  1. Create Organizations and Users, then team members.
  2. Create Assets and stock items, then stock lots and allocation policies.
  3. Create Loads, load stops and handling units where they belong to the operating scope.
  4. Import work orders, followed by port assignments and record attachments.
  5. Bring in work evidence, review decisions and operation receipts with their original parent and revision references.
