Click Get started to begin setup. Name the organization and the team members who will prepare work, review scope and read the audit trail. Choose one active asset and a real item for the first cycle.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Check the asset code, site contact, item unit and lot location. Create a draft work order with an owner, due date and requested quantity. Add a held port assignment with a device, port number, VLAN and expiry. Let the supervisor review its current revision. Record actual evidence and run completion reconciliation.
Review before release
Test an approved case, a returned case and a mismatch between posted evidence and authorized scope. Confirm the failed receipt leaves the parent unchanged. Correct the source, repeat reconciliation and ask an auditor to trace the first decision, evidence and result from the work order. Then extend the asset and item directory to more sites.
