Systems to connect
- Identity. Map platform users to team members and the organization whose work they may handle.
- Asset source. Agree how asset codes, device labels and location names are kept consistent with any existing network directory.
- Documents. Use record attachments for documents and links associated with a work order.
- External operation references. Store outside action identifiers on receipts when an actual connected action supplies them.
How connections are governed
Choose an owner for each outside reference before importing it. Keep the work order as the local parent of decisions, evidence and receipts. A connected system can supply context, but a supervisor’s approval remains a recorded review decision against the current work order revision. Rehearse duplicate deliveries with a stable operation key and verify that an earlier result is returned.
