Get Nursing Home / Assisted Living running in four steps.

Click Get started to create an account and open Nursing Home / Assisted Living. Invite the people who will coordinate encounters, document care, review evidence and maintain professional privileges. Give each person the access needed for their part of the work.

Choose a small patient group and one visit type. Confirm patient numbers, staff identities and assigned clinicians. Bring the consent documents and privilege evidence needed for those episodes. Agree on medication names, units, note types and observation metrics. Schedule a sample encounter and record its clinical evidence.

Ask Clinical Reviewer to inspect the sample encounter before completion. Check that clinicians see their assigned work, the coordinator sees tasks and charges awaiting attention, and the governance administrator can inspect privilege dates. Rehearse a payment reference separately from an encounter charge. Resolve any confusing ownership or record links before adding more patients.
