Step by step

1. Patient intake Clinical Coordinator

   The Clinical Coordinator finds or creates the patient, confirms the number and contact details, and names the assigned clinician.

   • Establish patient identity and assigned clinician

2. Care-team assignment Clinical Governance Administrator

   The Clinical Governance Administrator records the clinician's access purpose and effective period for that patient.

   • State access purpose and effective dates
   • Updates Care team assignments, Patients, People

3. Consent Clinical Coordinator

   The coordinator prepares a consent for the intended purpose and version. The patient signs; the team records the signature time and document.

   • Record purpose, version and signed status
   • Updates Consents, Patients

4. Encounter Clinical Coordinator

   The coordinator schedules the visit against the same patient and clinician.

   • Give the visit a patient and clinician
   • Updates Encounters, Patients, People

Clinical Coordinator

Prepares intake and consent; Clinical Governance Administrator maintains care-team assignments; Licensed Clinician uses the resulting patient and encounter context.
