How the model is organised

Production windows

Planned production windows links to Resources and carries starts at, ends at, planned minutes and ideal cycle seconds.

OEE observations

OEE observations links to planned production windows through Window and records run minutes, total units, good units and observed at.

Downtime evidence

Downtime intervals links to the same window and stores started at, ended at, reason code and planned stop.

Coverage review

OEE review snapshots references Window, Observation and reviewed by; the reviewer resolves to People.

Production execution

Orders and order lines reference Parties and Items. Work orders references Product, Order and Resource. Production logs references work order and Operator, while Batches references work order.

Material and output control

Material issues references work order and Item; inventory balances references Item. Purchase orders references Supplier and purchase lines references purchase order and Item. Exchange rates supplies effective currency rates.

Keys and references

People links to Users through User. Preserve that mapping when attributing production commands and reviewer identities. Keep each observation and its selected review window consistent. Work orders and planned production windows each reference Resources; use their resource and time context during review rather than assuming a direct work-order reference on a window.

Inventory balances include Item, Location and lot number. Resolve the exact balance used by a material issue before posting. Retain existing Id values, and preserve the uppercase ID used by exchange rates when moving source records.

Migration order

  1. Establish Users and People, then Items, Parties and Resources.
  2. Load Orders with order lines, purchase orders with purchase lines, and opening inventory balances under agreed units and lots.
  3. Load work orders and planned production windows with their valid references and time boundaries.
  4. Bring in production logs, material issues and Batches using controlled posting and migration rules that avoid replaying stock effects.
  5. Load OEE observations and downtime intervals, then OEE review snapshots after reviewer and observation references are resolved. Retain effective exchange rates as read-only context.
