How a OEE Tracking Dashboard rollout works

Rehearse a complete production window before expanding the operating scope.

  1. Set the pilot boundary

Production Planner chooses a resource and familiar production cycle. Agree the window names, time zone, planned-minute treatment and ideal-cycle basis with the operating team.

  2. Prepare identities and masters

Admin checks account-to-person mapping. Production Planner establishes items, parties and resources with consistent units, then checks opening stock prepared through the authorized inventory setup process.

  3. Prepare production

Create the customer demand, work order and production window. Rehearse the release checks and the material issue against the exact balance.

  4. Capture and review

Production Operator records the run, observation and stop evidence. Quality Reviewer identifies the selected observation, and the team records its coverage conclusion with an explanation of unresolved questions.

  5. Accept and reconcile

Rehearse a held-output refusal and an eligible release. Confirm receipt happens once and completion requires the full scope under Quality Review. Expand only after the team can follow these outcomes from the records.

What the customer provides

Bring a representative production schedule, item units and lot conventions, opening inventory by location, and the people responsible for capture and review. Supply the planned-minute and ideal-cycle rules used by the team. Identify any external machine, maintenance, quality or accounting connection that the pilot needs.

Changing it afterwards

Agree who authorizes changes to the production basis and observation convention. Test a changed plan against saved release and window inputs before using it in live work. Rehearse permission changes with the affected users, and repeat the coverage discussion when a correction changes the evidence behind a prior conclusion.
