Accept output and receive stock

Step by step

1. Post the material issue Production Operator or Production Planner

   Production Operator or Production Planner checks the item, lot and quantity against the work order. The guarded issue posts eligible material consumption once and rejects insufficient stock without a partial decrement.

   • Post the issue and decrement the exact balance once

2. Prepare the output evidence Production Planner

   Production Planner brings the batch and linked production logs to Quality Reviewer. Confirm which good output is eligible for receipt and the scope required for completion.

3. Authorize accepted output Quality Reviewer

   Quality Reviewer approves eligible output after assessing the evidence. Exclude batches marked Held or Rejected from this release and bring disposition questions to the reviewer.

   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Execute the release Production Planner

   Production Planner, when designated as the authorized executor, runs the guarded action. It refuses Held or Rejected batches and receives eligible good output into finished stock once, excluding any quantity already received while marking the batch Released.

5. Check completion Production Planner

   Production Planner verifies that the work is under Quality Review with its full required scope satisfied. Only then can the release action complete the work order. Reconcile the stock result before closing the operating handoff.
