Create your account
Click Get started to open OKR Tracking System. Identify the delivery lead, project manager, team members, check-in reviewer and blocker owner for the first cycle.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one organization and an active objective. Give the objective an owner and dates, add a key result with a target date, then create a work package and assigned tasks. Record a check-in and a blocker so the team can rehearse both configured workflows.
Review before release
Open the task board and Review Queue. Confirm the owner and status of each item, submit an eligible check-in for approval, and inspect its decision and receipt. Set a blocker with severity to Open and inspect the receipt. Plan implementation.
