Create your account
Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure OMS for Apparel and Footwear for your organization and initial operating team. Name the people who prepare orders, review them, allocate lines, release shipments and investigate exceptions.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a small assortment with distinct style, color and size variants. Add one wholesale account or shopper and the appropriate bill-to account. Create an order with more than one variant line. Confirm the calculated value and current revision, record the review decision, then inspect allocation, shipment and operation receipts. Include a captured payment example and a case with a mismatch.
Review before release
Check each line against the intended SKU and units. Confirm the decision refers to the current revision. Compare shipment events with the source order and verify that payment evidence belongs to the same order. Assign an owner to every open exception. Rehearse cancellation of an unexecuted order and compensation for an executed order before expanding the operating scope.
