Rehearse confirmation, decision, allocation, shipping and payment reconciliation. Add one warranty case and one correction request to test the exception path.
Review before release
Check that each role sees the records it needs, that the order amount agrees with its lines and that a repeated allocation does not duplicate an event. Inspect the shipping receipt, payment evidence and reconciliation result for the pilot order. Have the responsible people approve the operating rules before adding more channels or product categories.
