Step by step

1. Check eligible lines Fulfillment Operator

   Fulfillment Operator compares the selected order with its Draft and Open lines and verifies the products and quantities.

   • Confirm product and quantity scope
   • Updates Customer orders, Order lines, Products

2. Allocate lines Fulfillment Operator

   Run allocation, then inspect the event and line state for each eligible line.

   • Draft or Open to Allocated; record allocation event and receipt
   • Updates Order lines, Fulfillment events, Operation receipts

3. Review release Fulfillment Operator

   Confirm that the allocated order and device lines represent the scope to ship.

   • Check allocated scope
   • Updates Customer orders, Order lines, Fulfillment events

4. Ship order Fulfillment Operator

   Run release and inspect the Shipped events, Fulfilled lines, Shipped order and operation receipt.

   • Allocated to Shipped on order; line to Fulfilled; record events and receipt
   • Updates Customer orders, Order lines, Fulfillment events, Operation receipts

5. Explain differences Operations Manager

   Operations Manager investigates a failed event or partial result from the linked records before another action.

   • Keep exception with its source order
   • Updates Fulfillment events, Operation receipts, Customer orders

Fulfillment Operator

Performs allocation and release; Operations Manager reconciles differences; Order Coordinator supplies customer and line context.
