Payment and reconciliation

Operations Manager reads the selected order alongside its product lines, fulfillment events, payment evidence and operation receipts. Payment evidence may be Pending, Captured, Failed, Refunded or Voided, with a separate verification flag. Reconciliation writes a Verified receipt when the records match. A discrepancy produces a Failed receipt and a warranty check. An Allocated order advances only when the recorded evidence matches.
