Warranty return review

Service Coordinator links the device case to the customer's order. A warranty check records the issue category, detail, serial number, activation reference and warranty period where relevant. The return eligibility workflow reads the order, lines and checks, writes an Approved or Returned review decision for the order revision and always writes an operation receipt. A second review of the same revision does not create another decision.

Step by step

Service Coordinator identifies the parent order, coordinator, issue category and check detail.
