Yes. The order links both a shopper and a delivery recipient. Check the recipient’s delivery address before confirmation.

The shopper preference note, SKU eligibility and basket-line consent give the team context. Review the specific line before changing an item and keep the supporting note with the order.

Confirmation calculates its total from basket lines, advances the revision, marks it Awaiting Review and records a fulfillment receipt.

Order Reviewer checks the current order revision, basket and exceptions, then records a decision and rationale. The store assigns the people responsible for that decision.

Completed is set when an approved order is released for fulfillment. Record a Delivered event for the actual arrival evidence.
