How the model is organised

Orders and customers

Organizations, Customers, team members and Users establish the operating context. Customer orders owns the order identity, status and commercial total. Open orders, orders awaiting review and fulfilled orders carry order list records for their respective operating states.

Products and lines

Review and control

Review decisions, operation receipts and record attachments keep decisions and evidence linked to the order revision and activity.

Fulfillment and finance

Fulfillment events records allocation through return events; payment evidence records payment method, status and amount.

Support and returns

Order exceptions, batch return reviews and channel handoffs connect issue resolution and batch disposition to the parent order.

Keys and references

The parent reference on a line, event, decision, receipt, attachment, exception, payment, return review or handoff points to customer orders. Order lines also references Products. Customer orders references its organization, owner, counterparty and billing customer. Review decisions identifies its reviewer; team members links to Users. Keep those references intact when importing records so a reviewer can follow one order across commercial, fulfillment and support activity.

Migration order

  1. Set organizations and people. Load Organizations, Users and team members with their organization and user references.
  2. Load commercial masters. Bring in Customers and Products with stable codes and SK us.
  3. Load orders and lines. Add customer orders before order lines and check customer, owner and product references.
  4. Load operating evidence. Attach review decisions, operation receipts, record attachments, fulfillment events and payment evidence to their parent orders.
  5. Load follow-up. Link order exceptions, batch return reviews and channel handoffs. Reconcile the state-specific order lists with the canonical order records.
