Systems to connect
- Banking provider. Connect instruction submission to the provider so its instruction identifier and later response can be associated with the local request.
- Provider event source. Bring statement, confirmation, settlement and correction events into the instruction’s evidence trail with source identifiers and dates.
- Account-data provider. Connect consent activation, financial account identifiers, dated balances and provider movements to the banking relationship they serve.
- Organization identity. Map users to the team-member and organization records that define preparation, review and audit scope.
How connections are governed
Agree which organization owns each provider connection and which account identifiers are in scope. Check the provider’s returned instruction and event identifiers before associating a response with an internal record. Keep a provider acknowledgement separate from a verified settlement or confirmation. For consent, record the independent decision before treating a provider grant as completed access. Reconcile a movement only against a confirmed instruction on the same account with the exact amount and occurrence date. Use operation keys and effect references to investigate repeats and incomplete local results.
