Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose an organization and one measured property. Bring its definition, effective dates, source event sample and consent basis. Name the process owner and an independent reviewer. Agree how the source reference and operation key will identify repeated events. Load a small reporting period and inspect the source capture before discussing the result.

Review before release

Have the analyst trace a fact through the operation run, the reviewer decide on the exact revision and the owner inspect the result before publication. Include a stale capture or returned decision in the rehearsal. Give any corrective action a person and due date. The implementation plan provides the sequence; pricing covers commercial planning.
