• Event source. Send consented session and conversion observations into process execution facts with a source reference.
• Source capture. Record capture time, coverage window, source hash and freshness in source snapshots.
• Evidence source. Attach supporting documents or preserve an external reference on evidence documents.

Agree which system is authoritative for each event and how an operation key identifies a retry. A source mapping describes how fields move into the measurement definition. Check capture coverage and freshness before using the result. The operations team owns review of the imported facts, while the external source remains responsible for its original event.
