Order to review

A customer request becomes an order only when its customer, owner, products, quantities and prices can be read together. Order Desk Agent prepares that record, then confirms it for review. The confirmation action calculates the net amount from the lines, advances the revision and records a processing receipt.

Step by step

Order Desk Agent selects the customer, enters the subject and dates, assigns the owner and adds product lines. The order is Draft while details are checked.
