The tables behind Organ Donation Registry
Organ Donation Registry ships with 15 tables, grouped here by the feature that uses them. Every record your team works with lives in one of them, and you can add fields and tables in Proto.

How the model is organised
Donor intake and assignments:
Donors, team members and coordination tasks hold identity, current responsibility and follow-up work.
Consent and access:
Donor consents, donor access assignments and clinician privileges keep purpose-specific decisions and dated clinician context.
Event coordination:
Donation events links the donor and clinician to planned and actual work.
Clinical evidence:
Donor clinical notes and donor observations attach authored narrative and measurements to an event.
Tissue and medication:
Tissue samples and medication dispensations attach sample and dispensation details to an event.
Charges and payments:
Service charges links to events; Payments links to donors. Exchange rates is a read-only effective-rate table.

Keys and references
Use the donor patient number to reconcile imported donor identities. Each event references one donor and one clinician. Notes, observations, samples, medication dispensations and service charges reference an event. Consent and payments reference the donor. Team members reference users; privileges, access assignments and task ownership reference team members. A payment has no direct service-charge reference.
Migration order
- Prepare people. Load Users and team members, then review active team membership and clinician privilege evidence.
- Load donors. Reconcile patient number and assigned clinician before bringing in event history.
- Load decisions. Add purpose-specific donor consents and dated donor access assignments.
- Load events. Import donation events, then linked notes, observations, samples and dispensations.
- Reconcile operations. Add coordination tasks, service charges and Payments; compare source totals and references.
