Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a small group of donors, including a returning donor. Reconcile patient numbers, assigned clinicians, purpose-specific consent documents and current privilege evidence. Schedule an event with a follow-up task, measured observations, a signed note and a sample. Include a charge and payment case for a separate financial review.
Review before release
Ask the coordinator to explain each donor and event state. Ask the clinician to find their assigned work and the reviewer to inspect the actual linked evidence. Check a withdrawn consent, a cancelled event, a rejected sample and a pending payment. Correct the mapping or access decision before expanding the operating scope.
