Donor intake and consent

Register a donor, confirm the purpose-specific document and assign follow-up.

    • Updates Donors, Team members
  3. Review consent Clinical Coordinator

Enter the purpose and version on the consent record. Attach the document, record the signed and expiry dates, and move its status from Pending to Signed only after the signed document has been checked.

    • Keep signed purpose, version and document
    • Updates Donor consents, Donors
  4. Assign follow-up Clinical Coordinator

If consent remains Pending, Withdrawn or Expired, give an assigned team member a task with a due date. The donor can remain in the intake queue until the question is resolved.
