How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Organic Certification Tracker for your business. Begin with one certification scope, its boundary survey and a planned audit.
What does a certification scope contain?
It records the operator, field code, location, certified hectares and certification status. Surveys and audits link back to that scope.
How are parcel boundaries reviewed?
Open Certified Parcel Boundaries to filter by scope and survey date, review Geo JSON and surveyed hectares, and open the source record.
Can we compare certified and surveyed area?
Yes. Certified hectares belong to the scope and surveyed hectares belong to its linked boundary. Review both records when they differ.
How do audits connect to inspections?
An audit names its scope, standard and planned dates. An inspection result links to the audit, while individual checks link to the scope.
Who approves a corrective action?
The Quality Manager reviews a Planned action and decides whether to move it to Approved before the Action Owner starts work.
Where is input usage recorded?
Applied use links a registered input to a corrective action and records quantity and applied date.
Does the tracker issue a certificate?
Formal certification decisions remain with the certifier. Your team can organize the scope, audit and inspection records used in its review.
Who can use the records?
Assign access around Operations Manager, Quality Manager, Inspector, Action Owner, Input Reviewer and Admin responsibilities, then rehearse it with a real case.
