How a P2P Lending Platform rollout works

Start with one lending scope and rehearse decisions and provider evidence before expansion.

  1. Establish parties

Set the operating organization, active team members, borrowers and known loan accounts. Confirm provider account identities and currency conventions.

  2. Configure decisions

Assign Credit Officer and Independent Credit Approver access. Agree the application and commitment evidence required for a review, and rehearse a return and a rejection.

  3. Connect provider evidence

Map instruction references, confirmation events, repayment receipts and dated account snapshots. Decide how repeated events and late responses are identified.

  4. Rehearse a full case

Prepare and approve an application, submit it once, verify provider confirmation, connect its disbursement, and compare a receipt with the account and confirmed instruction.

  5. Review exceptions

Try a changed revision, self-approval, repeated provider event, mismatched repayment date and missing local effect. Keep each unresolved item visible to the right reviewer.

What the customer provides

The lending team provides its organization and borrower records, account references, team membership, evidence policy and provider contact. The provider supplies the instruction and event formats, external identifiers and account snapshot schedule. The team also decides who resolves exceptions and how a correction is documented after a provider effect. Bring a representative application with its supporting material to the pilot.

Changing it afterwards

Change organization assignments and evidence rules with their owners. Review any revised provider mapping against existing event identities before importing new data. Preserve prior review decisions and verified provider events when an application changes. A changed amount or borrower can require a new revision and independent decision. Use roles and integrations when updating authority or provider connections.
