Bring one active location, tracked item, lot balance and handling unit with a readable pallet code. Add a real request for stock work and a load appointment if the unit crosses a dock. Agree who records the physical custody change, who reviews the request and who investigates a failed receipt.
Review before release
Rehearse approval at the current revision, an eligible reservation, execution, a repeated operation call and reconciliation. Confirm the pallet register shows the observed owner and status. Check that the posted movement changes lot balance once and that an insufficient reservation or mismatched reconciliation leaves a Failed receipt for the supervisor.
