Warehouse operations
Warehouse teams need to identify a handling unit quickly, then see the request that explains its next stock action. A pallet code, item, quantity, location and custody owner give the floor a shared starting point. The stock request and movement record the inventory effect while the custody record reflects the unit's physical position. Supervisors review the authorized scope before execution, and receipts show whether an action was recorded, verified or failed.
How Pallet Tracking System is set up for you
Shift handoff
A clerk can open Handling Units Register and read which pallets are Staged, Loaded or Held, along with their owner and location. A linked request shows whether the related stock work has reached approval or execution.
Lot control
A team reserving stock checks Available Lots and existing Held Reservations. A balance already promised to another request cannot be promised again.
Exception follow-up
Inventory Supervisor reads Failed Operation Receipts and the movement ledger before deciding whether to correct scope, reverse a posting or investigate a mismatch.

Start with one organization, its active storage locations and a small set of tracked items. Give every physical unit in the pilot a readable pallet code. Import the lots and on-hand quantities that the shift will actually use, then prepare a request for a unit already at a known location. The clerk can rehearse review, reservation and execution while the supervisor watches the decision and receipt trail.
Use a second case with less free lot stock than the requested units. The failed reservation receipt should show the shortfall and give the team a reason to choose another lot or correct the request. Finish with a posted movement and a reconciliation check. This pilot establishes how the floor records physical custody separately from the posted lot balance.
