Use the member link on Pets, Bookings, member plans and Payments to keep one owner’s records together. A Session references its Service and Instructor. A grooming services entry must reference both the Booking and Pet; Attendance references its Booking and recording person. Match a charge by its Booking reference before interpreting its amount. Booking number and session code help staff identify a visit in conversation.
