Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a current service with a real duration and price. Add its instructor, open a session with a practical window and capacity, then register a member and pet with the handling details the instructor needs. If you offer a plan, enter the plan terms and the member’s dated enrollment. Give the Booking Coordinator, Instructor and Finance Clerk separate accounts for the rehearsal.
Review before release
Ask the Booking Coordinator to confirm a member’s place and inspect the booking and any pending charge. Have the Instructor check in the right pet, record coat condition and verify the grooming history. Review the member plan and charge with the Studio Manager. Repeat the confirmation and grooming commands to check that retries return the original records. Test a full session and have the Instructor check the pet owner against the booking member before opening bookings to the wider team.
