Prepare and issue a pet policy

Step by step

1. Register policyholder App Administrator

   App Administrator selects the carrier and records the pet owner, contact, address and eligibility note. The Insurance Coordinator checks that the owner belongs to the policy’s carrier.

2. Prepare policy Insurance Coordinator

   Insurance Coordinator enters the policy number, subject, premium, effective date and coverage lines. Attach the evidence that the underwriter needs for the current revision.

3. Review policy Authorized Underwriter

   Authorized Underwriter decides the submitted revision independently and records an approval, rejection or return with a reason. A changed revision needs a new decision.

4. Issue policy Insurance Coordinator

   Insurance Coordinator checks the carrier policy ID, issue date and operation receipt. Investigate pending or failed results before communicating the issue outcome.
