   Authorized Underwriter checks the parent policy revision and supporting evidence before making an independent review decision.

   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

3. Decide claim Authorized Underwriter

   Authorized Underwriter reviews the submitted veterinary claim against the parent policy revision. The veterinary result and decision time stay on that claim. An approval here is separate from an insurer benefit decision.

4. Reconcile review result Insurance Coordinator
