Keys and references

Use the prescription number and patient reference to match a source prescription. Keep the request record number and revision with every review. A dispensing line’s operation key, prescription line and lot identify the actual event. Stock events carry a lot and source identity. Review decisions retain the request revision and reviewer; operation receipts retain the expected revision and result.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations, Users and team members, then provider organizations.
  2. Load Medications, Prescriptions and prescription lines.
  3. Load medication lots and receipt medication stock events.
  4. Load care requests, clinical evidence and record attachments.
  5. Load review decisions, dispense reviews, dispensing lines and operation receipts with their source links.
