Lot to stock event

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • Identity mismatch. The patient reference, prescription number, request or lot points to a different case. Resolve the source before moving ahead.
  • Changed revision. The request or review changed after a decision. Recheck the current revision and preserve the earlier decision.
  • Unclear quantity. The prescribed, authorized, dispensed and signed stock quantities differ. Compare the related records and investigate the difference.
  • Unexplained exception. A failed or review-needed operation receipt needs an owner and a recorded resolution before retrying the action.
