Events links Organization to Organizations, Owner to team members and Counterparty to Venues. Its child records use Parent to reference Events. Activation sessions also links Organization directly. Review decisions and record attachments link their Reviewer or uploaded by to team members. Team members links a User to Users and an Organization to Organizations. The exact columns and select values below govern imports and configuration.
Migration order
- Load Organizations and Users, then connect team members to both.
- Load Venues under the right organization.
- Load Events with their owner and counterparty.
- Load Admissions and activation sessions under each event.
- Load payment evidence, record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts against their parent events.
- Check references, active settings and current status values before opening work.
