How a Photo Booth / Activation rollout works

Configure one client activation from event plan through final close.

  1. Set client scope

Add an organization, active venue and team members with the right user links and working responsibilities.

  2. Plan the pilot

Create an event with a realistic capacity, venue and time window, then rehearse the approval decision.

  3. Run admissions

Open the approved event and test reservation, admission, duplicate reference and capacity boundary cases.

  4. Review media

Prepare a branded session with consent context and evidence, then test return, correction and approval.

  5. Reconcile close

Compare attendance, provider evidence and operation receipts, resolve exceptions and complete the event.

What the customer provides

Provide the client identity, venue contacts and eligibility notes, assigned staff, event schedule, capacity rule and consent template. Choose the payment and digital delivery services that will supply authoritative references. Name the people who approve event scope and decide media release. Prepare one realistic example where the reviewer should return work.

Changing it afterwards

When an event plan changes, inspect its current revision and accepted admissions before editing it. Use a new review decision for accepted or executed scope that needs correction. Retain prior receipts and evidence so the next shift can explain the outcome. Rehearse a change with the same roles before applying it across more events.
