Who it's for

Brand activations

A brand activation team needs the client, venue and session to agree before an image is delivered. The event record carries the approved operating window and capacity. The activation session carries brand and consent context, while a separate reviewer records the decision on the submitted version. This arrangement helps a team running a sponsored booth explain who approved the event and the later media release.

How Photo Booth / Activation is set up for you

Client scope

Put each event under the correct organization and use a venue linked to that client. An inactive or mismatched venue should be resolved before event approval.

Field operation

Open the approved event and let Admission Operator reserve and admit visitors using consistent attendee references. Compare admitted quantity with the planned capacity throughout the shift.

Media handoff

Media Operator prepares the branded session and its evidence. Independent Reviewer makes a decision against the submitted revision; a corrected session is reviewed again.

Close account

Reconciliation Lead checks operation outcomes, admitted attendance and verified payment evidence before Event Manager closes the event.

The activation session carries brand and consent context, while a separate reviewer records the decision on the submitted version. This arrangement helps a team running a sponsored booth explain who approved the event and the later media release.

A useful pilot is one activation with a single venue, one owner and an agreed consent template. Run a normal guest admission and a duplicate reference attempt. Submit the session, return it once with a reason, and approve the corrected version. The team can then check the photo count and delivery evidence before final event reconciliation.

Agree who maintains the client and venue records, who decides event scope and who signs media release. Choose the provider references the team will retain for payments and digital delivery. Start with one operating window and a small admission sample, then inspect the event's receipts and reviewer decision together. Keep the exception queue visible to the person responsible for close.
