Conference booths
A conference booth can have a fixed hall location, an operating window and an expected attendance limit. Event Manager puts those commitments on the event and checks the venue before approval. Admission Operator uses the open event to record reservations and actual arrivals. Media Operator prepares any branded session tied to that event, and Independent Reviewer decides the submitted media revision.
How Photo Booth / Activation is set up for you
Venue decision
Keep the contact, address and eligibility note on the venue record so the event team can verify the booth location before the event opens.
Capacity
Use the event capacity as the agreed ceiling when reserving guests. A repeated attendee reference should lead the operator back to the existing line.
Arrival evidence
Preserve reservation and admission times separately. A guest who registers early and arrives later should be counted as admitted only when that arrival is recorded.
End of shift
Compare admitted quantity, provider evidence and operation receipts before declaring the event complete.

The conference team might discover a venue change after the initial plan was reviewed. In that case, the Event Manager should reopen the current scope and seek a fresh decision before the Admission Operator relies on the new location. The venue and event records provide a common reference for the field crew and the reviewer.
Start with one scheduled booth and an active venue under the right organization. Enter a representative capacity and local time window, then rehearse approval and opening. Reserve a small guest group, admit one attendee and inspect the receipt. Prepare a branded session only when the event's consent and delivery process is agreed. Reconciliation Lead should review a matching receipt and a discrepancy before the first live close.
