Retail pop ups
A retail pop up often has a narrow operating window and a location that needs explicit eligibility review. The event record keeps the local schedule, owner and capacity beside the venue. Admissions show who reserved and who arrived. Activation sessions and review decisions give the media team a separate release trail for photos produced during the event.
How Photo Booth / Activation is set up for you
Location readiness
Use the active venue record, contact and eligibility note when checking whether the booth can run at the chosen store or site.
Guest flow
Admission Operator records attendee references and arrival times against the open event. The Event Manager can compare accepted quantity with the capacity set at approval.
Brand and consent
Media Operator links the session to the event organization and records the brand and consent template before submission.
Exception ownership
Reconciliation Lead checks failed actions and unverified provider items, leaving a reason when a receipt needs review.

A pop up may be moved or cancelled on short notice. A draft plan can be cancelled before accepted work begins. If reservations or other accepted effects already exist, the team should inspect them and record a reasoned correction decision before changing the event scope. That keeps the earlier attendee and media trail understandable to staff after the shift.
Pilot one location with a clear client organization and assigned event owner. Test the active venue check, a short event window and a capacity boundary. Reserve and admit sample attendees, then prepare one activation session for review. Ask the reviewer to return one version and approve the correction. Reconcile provider evidence and operation receipts before closing the event, and make the exception queue part of the shift handoff.
