Who it's for

Commercial photography teams

Commercial photography work often produces several deliverables from one client project. The project gives a Studio Manager the budget, owner and due date, while content items give each deliverable a separate title, type, owner and state. Production tasks assign the editing work. A rights agreement records the party, allowed uses and coverage dates for the content item that will be published.

How Photo Studio Management is set up for you

Project scope

Name each deliverable under the right project and assign its owner before editing begins.

Version decision

Submit an exact file version for Publication Reviewer approval while current rights cover it.

Delivery record

Let the Editorial Manager acknowledge publication so the item receives the event time and linked work closes.

Choose one client project with two deliverables and distinct production tasks. Prepare a current agreement for the item that will go first. Upload its version, send it to review and have the Publication Reviewer check the contract terms before approving. The Editorial Manager then rechecks rights and publishes that item. Confirm the other item and its task remain active. Agree the client's delivery channel and the studio's accounting connection during implementation. These operating choices sit beside the recorded internal publication decision and cost lines.

Use the Published Content view during the final client review. It shows which deliverable has a publication date, while Open Production Work still shows assignments waiting for completion. That distinction matters when a campaign has several assets due on different days.
