Portrait studios
A portrait studio can use Photo Studio Management to connect each client shoot to its photographer and the images the client chose. The session record holds the client name, location and time interval; proof selections hold image references, selected values, print size and quantity. A Producer can move from the schedule to the chosen images without reconstructing the story from messages.
How Photo Studio Management is set up for you
Named shoots
Use a consistent client naming convention and check the photographer before a session is captured.
Proof review
Record each chosen image against its saved session and keep the image reference stable.
Print handoff
Review selected quantities and sizes before sending the request to the studio's fulfillment provider.

Start with a short set of client sessions and active photographer person records. Rehearse session capture with a valid interval, then test a duplicate and an invalid interval. For each accepted session, enter both a selected and an unselected proof. Check that Print Ready Selections shows only the chosen image with the correct session and quantity. Agree where the actual image files are kept and how the studio receives client choices. If the job also includes retouched deliverables, use the project and its content items to assign an owner and due date, then keep each file version with its item.
For repeat clients, check the session date as well as the client name before entering another proof choice. This small habit keeps print quantities with the right shoot when the same photographer has several appointments for one family.
