Keys and references
The request record number is the working identity. Its revision guards changes to reviewed scope. Review decisions retain a source revision; operation receipts retain an operation key, expected revision and any external effect reference. Clinical evidence retains its external record ID and revision for matching. Keep these references during migration and correction.
Migration order
- Create Organizations and Users, then team members with their organization and user links.
- Add provider organizations under the owning organization.
- Import care requests with owner, practice and provider references.
